Clark County has
set in place an economic development tool to encourage growth within
the County through a Pro-Rated Property Tax Program. Beginning in

program prior to the start of construction, will have the property
taxes pro-rated over a ten year period.

- 2nd yr property tax will be 10%
- 3rd yr property tax will be 20%
