Building Solutions is proud to have constructed the 170-foot monolithic dome for Dodge City Community College, a premier athletic facility designed to meet the needs of students, athletes, and the community. The dome houses spaces for both basketball and volleyball, along with modern locker rooms, a fully equipped training room, and even an indoor running track, providing an exceptional environment for sports and wellness.

This multi-purpose facility also features an elevator for accessibility and a concession stand to serve guests during games and events. The dome is more than just an athletic space—its FEMA rating ensures it serves as a community shelter, providing essential protection during tornadoes and severe weather.

Additionally, the dome has been designed to function as an alternative hospital triage center during emergencies, offering flexibility and support for disaster response. Its durable monolithic construction ensures energy efficiency and low maintenance, making it a sustainable asset for the college and the broader Dodge City community
