Meet Shaq, our Lead Project Estimator, a seasoned professional with a sharp eye for detail. With a wealth of expertise, Shaq plays a crucial role in analyzing projects, value engineering, and crafting accurate cost estimates that you can take to the bank. 

Jordin defines financial organization. She is highly effective in communication and personally verifies that every subcontractor, vendor, and all other project costs are properly documented. From insurance certificates to final payment and retainage, she provides easy answers

Chris is our numbers guy. He manages our financials and performs all of our civil estimating. You need a concrete price? Mills is your guy!  He also works closely with Jordin and Brian on daily business matters and brings his vast amount of construction experience to bear on each and every project.

Natalie Cox brings a lifetime of construction experience and a masterful eye for architecture to her role as Design Coordinator at Building Solutions. With a Master's degree in Architecture, Natalie has been immersed in the construction world from a young age, enabling her to blend practical knowledge with innovative design seamlessly.

Whether collaborating with architects on traditional projects or leading the creative vision on design-build endeavors, Natalie consistently delivers the "wow" factor, ensuring each project not only meets but exceeds expectations. Her expertise and leadership make her an invaluable asset to the team, where her designs not only function beautifully but also inspire and engage all stakeholders involved.

Matt has a knack for identifying and addressing challenges like no one else. As our Construction Manager, he isn’t afraid to dive right in and demonstrate his field skills. He oversees comprehensive projects from establishing timelines, managing resources, and facilitating effective collaboration among contractors, clients and regulatory boards.

Graduating from Hays University, Nick coordinates the plan set to eliminate conflicts and errors. It is vital that someone reviews all plans, elevations, and systems, to ensure that the plans accurately depict the exact intent. From existing conditions to the hardware schedule, Nick is on point with the plans and specs.

Shawn is our Total Station expert. Be it layout, streets, building foundations, finish floors, or exterior paving, he is the man with the plan. He provides Daily Scheduling and Supervision of our concrete work with an expert attention to detail and safety considerations.

A graduate from Kansas State University, Alex specialty is plan take offs and contracts, but not limited to. His education, know-how and his ability to
convey that bi-lingually has brought a new level of supervision by making sure we have the proper equipment needed, are detail compliant, efficient, and safe.

Alma has been our administration assistant for 5 years. As the backbone of our office, she personally handles a variety of tasks that keep things running smoothly within the office or out in the field. Bilingual, Alma provides excellent service to our staff and our clients. Her organizational skills ensures our day-to-day efficiency at this company.

Armando a new member to the Building Solutions team. His background in both architectural and mechanical drafting and being well-versed in several software programs, make him an asset to the drafting department. Whether its capturing drone footage, drafting or being one of our bilingual speakers, Armando is an advantage to this team.

Alejandro, a carpenter by trade, brings a dynamic blend of technical expertise and bilingual communication skills to the table. As the latest addition to our talented crew, he's diving into the world of layout technology and contributing his skills to our collective success.

"Employee of the Year" for the 16th year in a row, Daryl goes above and beyond on and off the jobsite. He plays a critical role in ensuring carpentry projects are completed successfully, safely, with the highest quality of workmanship. Daryl is also an efficient leader and provides the crew with excellent mentorship.

Bruce, is the seasoned captain of the woodworking team, steering the crew with a confident demeanor and expert craftsmanship. With a knack for wrangling lumber and orchestrating the carpentry process, Bruce ensures that every cut, joint, and finish aligns seamlessly. From interpreting blueprints to overseeing the final polish, this maestro of the woodshop transforms plans into impeccably crafted realities.

Luis, is the backbone of his steel crew, bringing a wealth of experience and leadership to the table. With an eagle eye for detail, he oversees steel erection projects from start to finish, ensuring that everything falls into place seamlessly. Known for his knack for problem-solving and a knack for motivating teams, Luis is the go-to guy for turning steel into structures that stand the test of time.

Flaco, the go-to leader for our steel construction projects. With a wealth of experience under his belt, he effortlessly oversees his steel crew, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are exceeded. From coordinating schedules to troubleshooting on-site challenges, Flaco brings his A-game to guarantee smooth and efficient steel operations.

As Concrete Foreman, Memo keeps the construction site rock solid. He ensures that concrete forms are flawlessly crafted and ready for action. From coordinating pours to leading the crew, Memo's hands-on expertise makes sure every foundation is as sturdy as his nickname suggests.

Mike is the go-to guy for all things concrete on the job site. As the Concrete Foreman, he's the maestro behind the scenes, orchestrating the perfect pour and ensuring that every foundation is rock-solid. With a knack for precision and a no-nonsense attitude, Mike's the dude you want in charge when it's time to lay down the groundwork.

For several years, Eusebio has been a foreman in Building Solutions one of three concrete crews. He oversees and supervises the preparation, placement, and curing of concrete, while being extremely detail-oriented with safety and ADA guidelines. He ensures that Building Solutions reputation for concrete quality remains unsurpassed.

Jorge, our go-to Concrete Foreman, is the backbone of our construction crew. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for leading by example, he ensures that concrete pours are not just sturdy but works of art. From coordinating schedules to troubleshooting on-site challenges, Jorge's hands-on approach and expertise make him the indispensable leader we rely on to lay the foundations of success.

Josh, our Excavator Foreman, brings  hands-on experience to the table. He's the go-to guy for navigating complex excavation projects, ensuring safety, and leading teams with a laid-back yet effective communication style.
